Aluminum profile welding needs to pay attention to the main aluminum and aluminum alloy has strong thermal conductivity and large heat capacity, large linear expansion coefficient, low melting point and low high temperature strength and other characteristics, welding difficulty, should take certain measures, in order to ensure welding quality.

Pipe fittings and welding wire cleaning, the surface of the welding wire and the breach within 50mm on both sides is cleaned with bingtong, the surface oxide film is brushed with a stainless steel wire brush to expose the metallic luster, the cleaned breach must be welded within 2 hours, the cleaned welding wire is put into the unused cylinder, and it must be used up within 8 hours, otherwise it will be reprocessed.
