What causes black lines in aluminum profile processing?

In the production process, surface false joints, surface scratches, mechanical lines, surface black lines, surface feel bump phenomenon, serious welds and other problems are encountered, and the profile has black belts or serious color differences after surface treatment and the product is scrapped, resulting in irreparable losses.

The low welding force is because the extrusion force is too low, and the factors that cause the low extrusion force are both mold factors and process.

The high temperature of the extrusion temperature and extrusion speed of the aluminum rod is conducive to the diffusion and bonding of the metal.

But it leads to the aggravation of the metal bonding mold phenomenon, and at the same time, the high temperature leads to the growth and growth rate of the microstructure of the metal faster, thus making the weld structure coarse.

The extrusion speed is too high, the metal deformation work increases, and the metal temperature rises greatly. In addition, if the extrusion temperature is too high, the extrusion force will be reduced, and thus the welding force will be reduced. In fact, when graphite products are used as discharge slips, the side in contact with graphite, the profile is also prone to black bands after oxidation.

XTM Aluminum company are specialized in the production of aluminum extrusion profiles like aluminum tile trims, floor trims, edges, transitions, strips, partitions, sections, pipes, tubes, etc. They are applicable for stairs, floors, corners, office furniture, LED lighting, air vent diffusers, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, partition screens, etc.

We look forward to working with you and developing together.
