Causes of bubbles in aluminum alloys during powder coating

 

1. The powder contains volatile substances and water

2. There is moisture on the surface of aluminum

3. The film is too thick

4. The coating cure heats up too fast

 

Solution:

 

1. Adjust the original formula of the powder

2. Pre-treatment must be dried, before entering the furnace will tilt the material at a certain angle for drip drying, visual water-free drip state, before entering the furnace

3. Reduce the film thickness and control it in the standard range

4. Adjust the furnace temperature
