Causes of bubbles in aluminum alloys during
powder coating
1. The powder contains volatile substances
and water
2. There is moisture on the surface of
aluminum
3. The film is too thick
4. The coating cure heats up too fast
Solution:
1. Adjust the original formula of the
powder
2. Pre-treatment must be dried, before
entering the furnace will tilt the material at a certain angle for drip drying,
visual water-free drip state, before entering the furnace
3. Reduce the film thickness and control it
in the standard range
4. Adjust the furnace temperature
